First Principals is a non-profit organization founded by former educators and entrepreneurs from the University of Chicago that provides pro bono executive leadership coaching to school principals. We recruit experienced professionals, train them as executive coaches, and connect them to principals seeking to develop their managerial and leadership capacity. We believe great schools need great leaders, and we believe that coaching can help drive improvements in school leadership and ultimately student outcomes.
